Raising the bar of 3D GIS visualization

Game quality 3D graphics

The latest in visualization and analysis for todays geospatial user

The 3D rendering engine has been built from the ground up fully embracing the latest in video card technology.  Modern, powerful, and highly scalable rendering techniques have been coupled with the  requirements of the geospatial user.

Users can add in their native GIS datasets, regardless of resolution or size, and rapidly assemble rich, accurate, and informative 3D scenery for visualization and analysis. There can be any number of independent views into these datasets and they can be saved and recalled on demand.

Some examples:

Overview

Imagery, elevation, kml, vector, photos, videos, and 3D models of most any format can be natively ingested.  Data can be represented in any number of ways such as luminous lights, 3D models,  polygons, lines, geometric primitives, and projected images or videos.  Most any XML feed can be imported for dynamic data support..

Multiple Views

Any number of tabs, each with an independent 3D view, can be added on demand.   Uses can vary from presentation support to superior situational awareness with different users exploiting this capability differently.

What sets it apart from other virtual globes?

The GPU

The 3D Engine within Geoweb3d fully embraces the latest in GPU technology.

This has removed the traditional barriers to performance, resolution, accuracy, and using native datasets without the need to preprocess.  The product will scale directly with the fast paced innovation of the video card industry long after your purchase.

Performance, Fidelity, and Accuracy

The performance of the 3D views is unmatched in the industry.  Drop in 3 inch imagery, half meter elevation data, and tens of thousands of 3D models, trees, and other vector datasets – all on your laptop.

Users no longer have to preprocess their data for use

Most commodity virtual globes such as Google Earth require you to preprocess or restructure you data to their formats before it can be used. This all but eliminates data scalability and interoperability and forces users to derived formats, such as kml, that are impractable for users with high volume datasets.  Users no longer need to cook their data or thin content for visualization removing all accuracy.  With Geoweb3d, users just drop in their data in its native format and choose how to visualize it.  It can be rendered realistically, thematically, or anywhere in between.

Visualize geospatial data with realism, accuracy, and ease

Geoweb3d is a new frontier in geographic visualization. This is not a gaming or simulation engine shoehorned into a GIS front-end. Our technology was built from the ground up for high-performance, high-content, rich 3D GIS visualization. Similar applications on the market today either lack performance, fidelity, throughput, content volume, or the ability to directly visualize your own datasets without preprocessing.

Geoweb3d is a tool made specifically to simplify your workflow while letting you do more with your data.
